Develop modern managed services solutions.

As a PreSales Consultant, you support our sales team in the design and presentation of customised managed services solutions. You analyse customer requirements, develop economically and technically sustainable solution concepts, and accompany the entire presales process until successful handover to our delivery teams.

Your mission

• Analysis of the professional and technical requirements of our customers
• Design of managed services solutions in the field of IT infrastructure and digital workplace
• Support of sales throughout the entire presales process (RFP, RFI and RFQ)
• Preparation of offers, target price definitions as well as responses to tenders and specifications
• Conducting customer presentations and meetings
• Creation of solution architectures, service concepts and technical documentation
• Close cooperation with delivery, operations and service management teams for successful project handover
• Further development of our managed services portfolio as well as evaluation of new technologies and solutions
• Maintenance and expansion of technical relationships with our strategic manufacturers and partners

Your tasks

Your profile

• Education or degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a PreSales Consultant, Solution Architect or in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure and digital workplace
• Good understanding of the processes and working methods of an IT service provider
• Experience in creating and presenting solution concepts as well as handling tenders (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a structured and customer-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and events
