ICT Supporter
Tasks
- You support internal users and provide IT support in various specialist areas
- You analyse and process incidents and service requests in first level support
- You create and process tickets and documentation in the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
- You assess the priority of tickets and escalate issues to the second level support if they cannot be resolved directly
- You are responsible for the provision and staging of all hardware. This includes not only Windows clients but also printers, cash registers, various MDE devices and more
- You take on field support within headquarters and at external locations throughout Switzerland
- You maintain user administration and access rights
- You support projects during implementation
- You are willing to take on on-call duty outside normal business hours
Requirements
- You have completed training in the IT field or are a career changer with several years of professional experience in IT
- Experience in IT support and ticketing is an advantage
- You are a service provider by passion, with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as initiative
- Independent working is natural for you,
- You are a team player and resilient, remaining calm even in hectic situations
- You are flexible with working hours to cover on-call duty and occasional assignments outside regular working hours
- You have good communication skills and manners
- You communicate easily in German and Italian, French is an additional advantage
- You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car
