We are the BSABB (BVG and Foundation Supervision of both Basels) and supervise, as an independent public-law institution, around 270 pension schemes and 920 traditional foundations of the cantons Basel-Landschaft and Basel-Stadt.

General information

Workload: 70 – 100%

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

Workplace: Basel, Eisengasse 8 (with home office option)

Area

Law, with knowledge in occupational pensions (preferably with a lawyer's licence)

Your main tasks

• Review of regulations, special legal transactions such as partial liquidations, liquidations and mergers
• Preparation of audit reports on regulations, preparation of orders
• Preparation of legal work (investigations, opinions)

Your profile

• You have a legal education (MLaw/lic.iur., preferably with a lawyer's licence)
• You have experience in the field of occupational pensions and are preferably familiar with collective and joint institutions as well as annex institutions
• You have a basic understanding of business administration
• You are a service-oriented team player and work independently
• You have analytical thinking skills, initiative, assertiveness and communication skills
• Very good oral and written expression in German is one of your strengths
