System Administrator

To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a System Administrator.

Your role

• Handle IT support requests
• Install and configure clients' IT equipment while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
• Support users in everyday use
• Implement sold infrastructure projects (cloud and on premise).

Your profile

• Have successful experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role
• Master IT tools, office software as well as the Windows environment
• Have knowledge of computer networks, architectures, components and their configuration: Microsoft server, Hyper-V, Exchange, HP network hardware (switch and WiFi), Microsoft 365, network services DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall
• Have a customer service mindset
• Know how to manage stress in unforeseen situations
• Be able to report on your activity automatically and regularly
• Show initiative and propose improvements
• Be autonomous while having an excellent team spirit
• Hold Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace certifications.
