Your tasks

• Competent, friendly, and solution-oriented support of our customers
• Building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships
• Active market development and acquisition of new customers
• Following up on quotations and preparing offers and contracts

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the commercial or sales sector
• Experience in customer support and dealing with demanding customers
• Negotiation-level communication in German, French, and additional languages is an advantage
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented manner
• Flexibility and composure during seasonally busy periods
• Independent, reliable, and professional working style
• Driving licence category B
