Tasks
- You support the institute management in the operational day-to-day business.
- You plan and coordinate appointments, meetings and administrative processes.
- You organise project meetings, congresses and internal events.
- You prepare minutes in German and ensure careful documentation.
- You coordinate travel bookings for employees and guests.
- As a central hub, you ensure the flow of information between internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in an assistant or coordination role.
- You organise and prioritise confidently and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You enjoy working with digital processes and IT systems.
- You are proficient and experienced in using MS Office.
- You communicate confidently in German and very well in English.
- You convince through social skills and a strong service orientation.
- You work independently, structured and reliably, think ahead and step in where support is needed.
