Route Planning Specialist - 100%

Your responsibilities

As a specialist in road operation planning, you ensure the planning and allocation of driving personnel to guarantee coverage of operational needs, taking into account the transport offer, timetables, legal provisions, and applicable collective agreements. You are also responsible for coordinating roadworks in collaboration with public services and various partners to ensure the circulation of our vehicles and the continuity of our services. Attuned to our customers’ needs, you develop adapted transport offers and actively contribute to improving our services. You also participate in various working groups and projects related to operations. Thanks to your comprehensive vision of road operations, you anticipate difficulties, identify risks, and propose pragmatic solutions to ensure an efficient and reliable organisation.

Your skills

• You have excellent knowledge of legal provisions relating to working and rest times in public transport (LDT/OLDT);
• You have proven experience in personnel and public road transport operations planning;
• You hold a category D driving licence, which is an advantage.
• You are comfortable in interpersonal relations and have excellent communication skills.
• You know how to negotiate with tact and diplomacy and are at ease in exchanges with a variety of interlocutors.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigour, and good organisational skills. You are capable of planning, coordinating, and communicating complex operational measures while maintaining an overall vision and seeking concrete solutions.
