We are looking for an analytical, proactive and implementation-strong personality for the position of

Specialist Digitalisation and Process Automation (m/f/d) 50–100 %

• Analyse existing processes, structures and systems with regard to digitalisation potentials; identify, prioritise and drive initiatives with the specialist departments
• Develop proposals for the digital further development of processes, interfaces, workflows and internal standards
• Coordinate collaboration between specialist departments, ICT, external partners and other stakeholders in digitalisation and automation projects
• Integrate internal and external systems, applications and data sources via interfaces; ensure stable, secure and maintainable process and data flows
• Capture and structure requirements from the specialist departments and translate them into clear process logics and technical implementation concepts
• Monitor, maintain and further develop existing automations; analyse sources of errors and implement corrective and improvement measures
• Design, create, test, introduce and operate workflow- and AI-supported automation solutions
• Advise and support internal stakeholders and explain technical contexts in an understandable way to non-technical employees
• Create and maintain appropriate documentation on processes, automations, interfaces, responsibilities and technical procedures

• You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education/training
• You bring experience in the digitalisation of business processes
• You have a solid understanding of interfaces (API, EDI, JSON and others as well as data structures and system integrations)
• You understand business processes and can translate requirements from specialist departments into clean process logic
• You have practical experience with workflow automation
• You communicate very well in German – both spoken and written – and can explain complex technical concepts clearly
• You work in a structured, reliable and discreet manner and consistently observe data protection and confidentiality
