About the job
To strengthen our currently two-person HR Payroll team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, experienced and analytically strong personality as Specialist Responsible / Specialist Responsible Payroll and HR Reporting.
Tasks
- Area of responsibility: Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing including pre- and post-processing for defined companies and employee groups
- Professional responsibility: Taking over the professional responsibility in the payroll area as well as ensuring efficient, legally compliant and high-quality processes
- Social insurances & withholding tax: Handling all matters concerning AHV, BVG, EO, KTG, UVG as well as withholding tax including mutations, reconciliations and declarations
- Year-end closing: Responsibility for payroll-relevant year-end tasks such as salary certificates, annual reports, reconciliations and closing tasks
- Contact function: Competent contact person for employees, managers, internal specialist departments, social insurances and authorities in all payroll matters
- Reporting & analyses: Creation, further development and interpretation of HR reporting, statistics and key figures as a sound basis for decision-making
- Data management: Analysis of complex data sets as well as clear and target group-oriented preparation of information and evaluations
- Process optimisation: Continuous optimisation and standardisation of existing payroll and reporting processes as well as participation in HR projects
Profile
- Education: Completed commercial training with specialised further education in payroll and/or social insurance
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in payroll processing as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and withholding tax system
- System knowledge: Experience with payroll software such as SAP, Abacus or comparable systems
- Reporting competence: Practical experience in creating HR reporting, statistics and key figures
- IT & tool know-how: Very good Excel skills as well as high confidence in handling data analyses and evaluations
- Working method: Analytical and networked thinking combined with an independent, precise and responsible working style
- Personality: Service-oriented, discreet and resilient personality with high initiative
