Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate transport, plan and monitor shipments and international dispatches of our projects
• Prepare and check transport documents and import-export customs formalities
• Ensure the application of the Incoterms defined for each shipment and compliance with customs procedures
• Coordinate exchanges with internal departments, carriers, freight forwarders and customs authorities
• Manage unforeseen events, delays and emergencies by quickly proposing appropriate solutions

Profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma in Commerce or an equivalent qualification, with significant experience at a freight forwarder or in an import-export department
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and import-export customs procedures
• Autonomous, rigorous and with a strong sense of responsibility, you are resolutely service-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable, you know how to manage stress, priorities and varied issues effectively
• With a strong team spirit, you demonstrate diplomacy and ease in relationships with all your contacts
• Excellent command of French and English; Italian is an asset
