We are

a team of social pedagogues who enjoy our work. Our task is to create a second home with ample room for development for 17 children and young people with challenging backgrounds and psychosocial burdens.

We support and accompany the children and young people in their individual development with kindness, mindfulness, and clarity, and we are a reliable counterpart.

As a team, we are open and willing to further develop ourselves in our work.

You are

• an experienced professional in residential youth care with training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) and an additional qualification in personnel and operational management
• enthusiastic and committed to accompanying children and young people in a resource-oriented manner in their development
• a leadership personality who succeeds in leading and promoting our experienced educational team with appreciation, guidance, and empathy
• willing to take responsibility and at the same time actively work at the grassroots level
• flexible, humorous, and resilient, and know how to combine human and professional skills
• tangible and approachable as a person, and able to be moved
