The SZBLIND is the national umbrella organisation for the Swiss blind and visually impaired community. Since 1903, we have been committed nationwide to improving the living conditions of people with visual, hearing-visual impairments and deafblindness – with expertise, aids, research, awareness-raising and direct support.

Clerical Officer Consulting and Sales (80%)
Your area of responsibility
In this role, you contribute to ensuring that our customers throughout Switzerland are competently advised and reliably supplied with suitable aids.
- You advise customers online, by e-mail, telephone and in person at the location about our aids. You process orders and customer concerns and reliably maintain the required data in the ERP system (Abacus).
- You receive repairs, carry out simpler technical tasks and coordinate further steps with external partners.
- You manage the e-shop and support market research, product evaluation and the development of new products.
- You optimise processes and services and represent SZBLIND at events throughout Switzerland.
Your profile
In addition to your strong service orientation and interest in technical aids, you bring the following qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with technical affinity or technical understanding and at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- You have a good grasp and quickly familiarise yourself with new products and applications.
- You use ERP systems (Abacus advantageous) and Office 365 confidently and organise your tasks independently and in a structured manner.
- You communicate very well in German and can advise customers orally in French.
- You contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the further development of the position, the area of responsibility and the processes.
