From the Workshop Floor to the Training Centre

You have been a car body repairer for years, know every trick, and notice that you enjoy working with apprentices the most? Then you are in the right place with us. At the Zofingen training centre, you will train the next generation of car body repairers from the canton of Aargau. Without customer pressure, without calculation stress, with flexible scheduling.

What You Do

• You lead the inter-company courses (ÜK) for apprentices from the 1st to the 4th year of training

• You demonstrate current repair and straightening techniques directly on vehicles and workbenches

• You prepare them specifically for the qualification procedure (QV)

• You plan and organise the courses yourself

• You maintain communication with training companies, vocational schools, and the association

• You help develop course content when new technology enters the industry

What You Bring

• Apprenticeship as a Car Body Repairer EFZ

• Several years of practical experience, preferably also as a workshop manager, apprenticeship trainer, or master craftsman

• Enjoyment in teaching young people, even when it gets challenging

• Calm, clear demeanour

• SVEB certificate? Great if you have it. If not, we will do it together and pay for it.
