You can contribute in this role
- Perform tasks related to fulfilling the training and military service obligations of the assigned troops such as service day management, call-up, mutation, and promotion matters
- Conduct inquiries with applicants, employers, and authorities as well as make decisions on service postponement and reassignment requests
- Carry out business processing using the Army's personnel information system (PISA), monitor deadlines, initiate and administer call-ups for individual services (courses, reports, etc.)
- Ensure quality control of service day reports before entry into PISA and the correct application of the relevant regulations regarding the creditability of service days
- Initiate investigations and assess investigation results as well as review and open applications for provisional evidence collection for non-attendees due to service absence

- Commercial vocational training with functionally relevant experience, preferably in public administration
- Military knowledge is an advantage

The Training Command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army – from recruitment through basic training to leadership training for the militia and professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes higher leadership training, the Army personnel, five training units, the training centre, as well as the specialist unit for women in the Army and diversity. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting fields and contribute to success together with the professional military.
The Swiss Army employs over 9,000 staff in four military and around 200 civilian professions – at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. The next generation is also taken care of: the Swiss Army trains apprentices in over 30 professions.
