Specialist Manager Factoring Customer Service (80-100%)

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing service company in the healthcare sector, offering innovative billing and collection services to doctors, dentists and other clients throughout Switzerland.

To strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and competent person as Specialist Manager Factoring Customer Service.

Your tasks

• Responsible for factoring processes
• Specialist contact for internal and external questions related to factoring
• As manager, participation in the daily activities of Customer Service
• Ensuring coordination between our various partners such as IT service, practice software, etc.
• Handling complex client, debtor and patient requests
• Developing work instructions, process documentation and text templates
• Managing internal and external training

What you bring

• You have a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
• You have several years of experience, ideally in healthcare, factoring or debt collection
• You are a native French speaker with good to strong knowledge of German (level B2)
• Further training in project management, process management or customer experience is an advantage
• You are comfortable with IT and processes
• You have high standards of quality, accuracy and reliability
• You communicate confidently and demonstrate tact and diplomacy
• You work in a structured and independent manner, while appreciating teamwork
