ICT/ERP SUPPORTER (80-100%) (hybrid)

What you will achieve

• Master supporter for the entire Ferroflex Group
• 1st and 2nd level support for various ICT and ERP enquiries
• Link to 3rd level support and our external ICT/ERP service providers
• Central hub for the ICT super users of our Ferroflex locations and training them
• Release management including newsletter provision; creation of training documentation
• Implementation of smaller ICT projects (infrastructure, hardware/software, network, cloud, etc.)
• Occasional willingness to travel within Switzerland (11 locations)

What you bring

• A completed apprenticeship as an ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the ICT and ERP environment (trade/industry advantageous)
• Willingness to actively realign, further develop and help shape our ICT landscape
• Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as a strong customer focus
• Excellent language skills in German; French and English are a great advantage
• Sound knowledge of the M365 suite such as Entra, Intune, etc.; databases, cloud services, etc.
