This is your job

You connect market, data, systems and projects as a staff unit of the department management and provide professional services for the entire Brocki management. You develop decision-making bases and thereby strengthen the economic and social impact of Bärner Brocki.

• You further develop category management, reporting and the associated systems and translate data based on KPIs into concrete decisions on assortments, prices, and space utilisation
• You plan and lead prioritised digitalisation and development projects from analysis and business case to implementation and impact measurement
• You further develop sales, customer management, purchasing and source management and open up suitable sales channels, customers and procurement partners
• You develop cooperations and work closely with business development, IT, marketing and communication as well as external partners
• You support the department management and the regional managers with analyses on professional topics and in the implementation of projects and establish practical processes that support our employees in the dynamic environment of Bärner Brocki and strengthen work-related guidance.

This is what you bring

• You have several years of experience in category management, retail, business development, business steering or project management related to sales and purchasing
• You think economically and combine data, customer needs and operational reality into viable decisions
• You have a strong affinity for data, systems and digitalisation and translate operational requirements understandably to IT specialists and external suppliers
• You lead projects focused on measurable results and keep an overview even with several parallel topics
• You convince in sales, acquisition and relationship management and win people with different professional backgrounds for changes
• You understand the social and economic dual mandate of an integration enterprise and work independently, pragmatically and structured with clear cost and impact awareness
• You do not need to be an expert in all topics yet. What matters is your entrepreneurial thinking, your understanding of data and systems, your implementation strength and your ability to engage people
• You are willing to support and live our mission statement based on Christian values in everyday work.
