To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as ICT System Specialist 60% (on site).

Your tasks

• First point of contact for IT questions in everyday work – straightforward, solution-oriented and hands-on
• Document knowledge clearly, make it easily accessible and keep it up to date
• Empower employees for digital tools and continuously develop training
• Install hardware and software and distribute efficiently with Highsystem
• Further develop, optimise and reliably maintain the CMS application
• Manage building technology around access, telecommunications and building automation
• Question and make IT processes smarter
• Actively shape digital transformation and use new technologies such as AI purposefully
• Contribute know-how around SQL databases and Power BI and support with questions

Your profile

• Completed basic training in computer science with EFZ
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Independent, structured and responsible working style combined with high social competence
• Confident handling of M365, Windows 11, Power BI, SharePoint, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, Linux (Unraid), Hyper-V, Veeam and SQL
• Knowledge of at least one programming language as well as confident handling of various scripting languages
• Experience with current web technologies
• German at native level and English skills; French skills are a plus
