Subject Matter Expert in Quality Development and Patient Safety 80-100%
Your Tasks
- You support the maintenance and further development of the quality management system at KSB and prepare quality-relevant key figures.
- You support clinics, centres and departments in maintaining and further developing their quality management systems.
- You create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and accompany their implementation in daily practice.

- You support audits and inspections, especially by Swissmedic and according to ISO 9001, from preparation through accompaniment to the creation of CAPA plans.
- You take over or actively support the management of the hospital-wide CIRS system: You promote systemic learning from incidents, connect the perspectives of frontline staff and management level, and thus contribute to an open, learning safety culture.
