About the job

Your field of activity:

• Providing specialised IT instruction in commercial training programmes (HKB-E)
• Conducting usage training for IT-related aids and compensatory work techniques (e.g. individual training at workplaces)
• Conducting training to develop keyboard typing skills
• Creating individual training plans
• Contributing to the further development of our concepts and the creation of new pedagogical approaches or technical solutions
• After induction in Basel, your future main area of deployment will primarily be in the Greater Zurich area; one day per week (every Tuesday) you will work in Basel

What you bring with you:

• IT training with additional pedagogical qualification or pedagogical training with additional IT qualification
• Experience in training or education
• High willingness to be mobile
• Good written expression skills in the German language
• Service orientation and professional manners in customer contact
• Good self-organisation, social and team skills
