For a migration project, we are looking for motivated and service-oriented PC supporters (m/f) to assist the team with the transition to Microsoft 365.

What to expect:

• Support with the Microsoft 365 migration
• Setup and configuration of workstations
• Support for Microsoft 365 and Office applications
• Technical assistance to users during rollout
• Service-oriented on-site support and ensuring smooth processes

What you should bring:

• Completed or ongoing studies (FH, HF, Uni) or completed training (EFZ) in IT or comparable
• Initial experience in PC support or a comparable role
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common Office applications
• Friendly, professional and well-groomed appearance
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
