IT Supporter 1st Level (56374)

Task

For our client, we are looking for an experienced IT Supporter. In this role, you will support employees in first level support with various user queries related to Microsoft Office and Windows. You will handle support requests, reset passwords for various specialised applications, and take on the installation and replacement of IT workstation components such as PCs, monitors, and printers. Additionally, you will assist the system engineers with various tasks in ongoing IT operations.

Requirements

• Training as an IT specialist with a federal diploma (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in IT support
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience in first level support and direct user support
• Experience with the installation and replacement of IT workstation components
• Good German language skills
• Impeccable reputation

Advantageous are:

• Experience in 2nd level support
• Experience in larger IT environments
• Experience in collaboration with system engineers

Project duration 12 months with the option to extend
