Digital Analyst – 100%
Within the Development and Marketing team, you analyse and optimise customer journeys on the website, client portal and mobile application. You turn data into concrete recommendations and identify optimisation opportunities to improve the user experience. You optimise campaigns launched by our marketing department and propose adjustments.
What you do daily
You manage the collection, quality and governance of digital data to ensure the reliability of analyses and performance measurements. You design, implement and maintain tagging plans, analytics tracking solutions and measurement mechanisms necessary for managing digital activities. You also administer the consent management platform (CMP) and ensure compliance of data collection systems.
You reconstruct and analyse user journeys on web and mobile platforms to identify friction points and areas for improvement. You make recommendations to optimise the user experience, customer journeys and conversion rates. At the same time, you produce and automate digital, marketing and commercial performance reports to provide reliable and relevant indicators for decision-making.
You analyse the performance of acquisition campaigns and the quality of traffic generated by various marketing channels. Based on the data collected, you identify optimisation opportunities related to targeting, advertising messages, landing pages and acquisition strategies to improve the effectiveness of marketing actions.
What you bring to the team
You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in data analytics or an equivalent field. You have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, including practical use of analytics, tracking and data management tools.
You master tools and methodologies related to data analysis and digital performance measurement, notably Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), BigQuery, SQL, R and Looker Studio. You possess strong skills in digital tracking, tagging plans, data engineering, data automation, reporting and business KPI monitoring. You are also comfortable with analysing digital and marketing performance, optimising customer journeys (CRO), SEO Analytics as well as data governance, consent management (CMP) and GDPR/LPD compliance issues. You are proficient with A/B testing tools, notably VWO.
Finally, you demonstrate excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and a strong ability to resolve complex situations. Business and results-oriented, you know how to turn data into concrete recommendations and support stakeholders through clear communication.
