At our locations at Zurich Airport and in the city of Zurich, we currently operate 20 outlets and employ around 360 staff. Our offering includes individual catering concepts such as Sportsbar, Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar and Alpenblick, as well as the retail store Point and well-known international brands. As a franchise partner, we operate Burger King, five Starbucks branches and five stores of the British brand Prêt a Manger.
We are looking for you immediately for our Pret a Manger at Zurich Airport as
Shift Manager 100% (m/f/d)
After an intensive several-week induction, you will take on the following tasks:
- Operational assistance in managing the store
- Active support of the team
- Control and implementation of standards
- Assistance in creating duty rosters and holiday planning
- Assistance in recruiting, training, developing and leading team members
- Ordering as well as various other administrative tasks
- Deputising for the Front Manager in their absence
You bring the following with you:
- Professional experience in catering
- Experience in system catering and shift management is an advantage
- Independent and responsible working style
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Team spirit and resilience
- Good German or English skills
- Ability to reach the airport from 4:00 am
