In this role, you take overall responsibility for the location in the area of IT Services & Solutions and ensure that all services are provided professionally, efficiently, and customer-oriented. You lead an experienced team, prioritise tasks, and make strategic decisions to drive the further development of the service portfolio and internal processes. You ensure the high quality of IT services, monitor ongoing projects, and ensure a stable, secure, and future-oriented IT environment. In addition, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate solutions, and build sustainable partnerships. Through your experience and entrepreneurial thinking, you significantly shape the location strategy and position the IT Services & Solutions area in the market.
Responsibilities:
You take operational and personnel responsibility for the Aesch location and develop it together with management
In this role, you lead the local IT team, create clear structures, and ensure efficient, customer-oriented processes
As Head of IT Services & Solutions, you are the central contact person for customers in the region and build long-term, partnership-based relationships
You identify potential with existing and new customers and develop suitable IT solutions and services together with technical specialists
In this role, you accompany customers from needs analysis through consulting and conception to the successful implementation of IT projects
You plan and coordinate personnel and technical resources and ensure professional project and service execution
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science and ideally further education at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience with an IT service provider, managed service provider, or in a comparable IT environment
- You have leadership experience or want to take the next step into a position with comprehensive leadership and location responsibility
- You possess a broad understanding of modern IT infrastructures with topics such as Microsoft 365, cloud services, server and client infrastructures, virtualisation, network, backup, and IT security
- You understand the needs of SME customers and translate technical requirements into understandable and economically sensible solutions
- You convince through customer and service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, as well as a communicative, confident manner in very good German
