Your Tasks
- You ensure the flawless handling of damage and warranty cases for our managed properties
- You take on project management or coordination of smaller construction projects and apartment refurbishments
- You act in coordination with property management, construction management, and owners and coordinate contractors and tenants
- You are responsible for reviewing and initially assessing incoming complaints as well as the prompt implementation of necessary measures
- You assist in monitoring construction execution and share responsibility for compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environment, and safety
- You help prepare the annual budget regarding construction-related topics
- You accompany and assist with new construction projects in collaboration with various property management teams and responsible construction companies, including the entire warranty process
- You advance the development of tools and processes and monitor their compliance concerning defect management and damage minimisation
- You advise employees on constructional, legal, insurance-related, and contractual basics
Your Profile
- You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence in Real Estate Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
- You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law, and possess in-depth construction knowledge
- You have technical know-how and understanding for handling construction-related damage and warranty cases on properties
- You are solution-oriented, have confident communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties, and can deduce the connections between damage and cause
- You can patiently conduct dialogue with involved parties and show yourself proactive and flexible in the face of change
- You work efficiently, can handle time pressure, and are accustomed to meeting deadlines
- You are a team player with healthy ambition and assertiveness and appreciate a vibrant, dynamic environment with high responsibility
