What you can achieve
- You support the department head of the day centre with organisational and operational matters in everyday life.
- You take responsibility to ensure that the educational work within the team complies with the foundation's concepts and quality standards and is further developed together.
- You are the contact person for team members, residents, and relatives.
- You implement guidelines with commitment and loyalty and convincingly uphold the values and principles of the foundation.
- Organisational and administrative tasks as well as interdisciplinary collaboration complete your varied range of duties.
What you bring with you
- A completed training as a work educator or social pedagogue.
- You have several years of experience in the educational support of people with support needs, ideally in a day centre.
- You are communicative, decisive, and have good organisational skills.
- You think in a networked way, act proactively, and know how to motivate others and delegate tasks sensibly.
- You are loyal and willing to support leadership decisions and represent them convincingly in everyday life.
