What to expect
- A central role in business analysis at the interface between business units and IT, with direct influence on the design and sustainable optimization of our business processes
- End-to-end analysis, modeling, and documentation of existing business processes
- Systematic identification, evaluation, and implementation of process optimizations focusing on quality, efficiency, and automation
- Structured collection, analysis, prioritization, and translation of business requirements into actionable specifications for IT as well as support of implementation until successful introduction
- Active management of area-relevant internal control system (ICS) topics considering regulatory requirements
- Leadership of and participation in cross-departmental projects focusing on digitization, automation, and process harmonization
- Ensuring transparency, traceability, and quality in processes and requirements through appropriate methods, standards, and tools
- Promotion of personal work-life balance through an annual working time model

What you bring
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification – alternatively several years of relevant professional experience in business analysis and/or process management in a regulated environment (e.g., health insurance or financial services)
- Sound knowledge in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Jira, Confluence, end-to-end perspective)
- Experience in structured collection, prioritization, and documentation of requirements as well as in translation between business and IT
- Experience in designing and conducting software tests
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to clearly present and structure complex relationships
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and internal control systems (ICS) as well as a pronounced quality and risk awareness
- Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, Italian skills are an advantage
