Internal Sales Clerk & Order Coordination

That is exactly what you are for our customers. You are the voice and memory of Jemani Blue: you ensure that an order becomes a punctual delivery, a complaint is quickly resolved and an enquiry receives a reliable answer. Without you, our promise to customers cannot be kept.

Your tasks

– Process orders, deliveries and invoices from A to Z

– Prepare sales documents

– Coordination with customers and product management

– Personally support customers in case of damage and questions, accompany complaints until resolved and develop service data.

– Maintain article, customer and supplier data on various systems, as well as our web content, cleanly and responsibly

– Coordinate goods receipts, warehouse and imports in German and English

What you bring

– A technical sanitary background (e.g. EFZ) with commercial flair or vice versa: strong commercial skills with sanitary industry experience or technical affinity

– A structured, forward-looking way of working: you keep an overview and get in touch before it becomes urgent

– German at native level, good English for our international customers and suppliers

– Willingness to learn and proactive work attitude
