While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland.For Senevita Pilatusblick in Ebikon, we are looking for a Head of Administration and Personnel Administration (m/f/i) 80% from 15 February 2027 or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
Your Tasks
- You lead and organise the administration team and ensure smooth processes in day-to-day business.
- You are the business card of our house and the first point of contact for residents, relatives and guests.
- You ensure correct resident billing and monitor administrative financial processes.
- You coordinate apartment viewings, accompany interested parties and are jointly responsible for renting our apartments and care rooms.
- You support management with organisational, administrative and business management tasks.
- You actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of our administrative processes.
- You support the HR manager with various tasks in personnel administration.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification as well as further training in human resources
- Several years of professional experience in administration and HR, preferably in the long-term care sector
- You always greet others with a smile and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
- You enjoy working with elderly people and collaborating with different stakeholders
- You think in networks, recognise connections and understand business processes
- High commitment, teamwork and resilience characterise you
- An independent, structured and careful way of working is natural for you
