For the introduction of our new ERP system and the subsequent development of our application landscape, we are looking for a process- and solution-oriented individual with knowledge in financial and management accounting and an interest in digital solutions as

Your role:
You will analyse existing processes together with the specialist departments, question established working methods, and support the development of efficient and practical solutions in the ERP system. The focus is on the commercial and logistical core processes in the areas of finance, inventory management, purchasing, and management accounting. You will accompany these from analysis and design through implementation and introduction to continuous development. You will make an important contribution to the digital advancement of our company.
Your future tasks:
- Participation in the introduction of the new ERP system from process analysis through the design of target processes to data migration, testing, training, and go-live
- Analysis, optimisation, and further development of the digital implementation of commercial business processes with a focus on finance, inventory management, purchasing, and management accounting
- Conducting fit-gap analyses and transferring the defined requirements into a solution as close to standard as possible within the ERP system
- Professional coordination and liaison between specialist departments and ERP implementation partners
- Planning and execution of process, integration, and user tests
- Support of data migrations and ensuring high master data quality
- Co-design of the interaction between ERP, laboratory information system (LIS), and other specialist applications at relevant process and data interfaces
- Planning and conducting user training as well as building and further developing a structured ERP user support
- Continuous development of the ERP system and identification of automation, standardisation, and optimisation potentials
