Construction Consultant in Field Service

You enjoy being on the move, love customer contact, and know the construction industry? Then this could be your next challenge! To expand our team, we are looking for a communicative and committed personality who enjoys visiting customers, maintaining relationships, and finding suitable solutions for companies and professionals.

Your tasks:

• You visit construction companies, maintain existing customer relationships, and acquire new customers
• You are regularly on the road in field service and understand the needs of our customers on site
• You advise companies on personnel matters and support them in filling open positions
• You conduct interviews with candidates, recognise their strengths, and find suitable deployment opportunities
• You accompany the entire placement process from the first contact to successful placement
