What makes your everyday life exciting:

As a Senior Consultant, you take responsibility for demanding customer projects in the payroll/HR area. You work closely with decision-makers, analyse existing processes, and develop sustainable, digital solutions together with the customer.

• You independently lead projects for the introduction and optimisation of the Abacus software in the HR and payroll environment.
• You analyse HR and payroll processes, identify optimisation potentials, and develop customised solutions.
• You configure the software, implement it at the customer site, and accompany the entire implementation process.
• You conduct workshops and training sessions and are the first point of contact for your customers.
• You work closely with internal specialists and actively contribute your expertise to the team.

What you bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in the Abacus environment, ideally with project responsibility or consulting experience
• Further education at FH/HF level, federal specialist certificate or comparable qualification
• Interest in digitalisation and ERP systems – Abacus knowledge is a plus but not a must
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and enjoyment in working with customers
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex matters clearly
