IT Specialist in Field Service 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Overview

If you are an IT specialist who does not just want to write code in the basement but also wants to see products in use and actively advance the company in the market, then this position is exactly right for you. When working on site with our customers, you will learn first-hand how and where our products are used. You will see the daily challenges and master them together with our customers. Since the work with us is very individual and our employees do not simply fit into a mould (and we do not want anyone who can be forced into a mould), we welcome specialists as well as graduates directly from HF, FH, university.

For the German-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for you as an IT specialist in field service.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out installations and migrations of our access control systems at our customers
• Coordinating customer IT in project and service business together with our project managers
• Conducting customer training sessions
• Software support for our hardware technicians or partners during the commissioning of our access systems
• Supporting and/or improving supporting tools/scripts to simplify tasks
• For this role, you will be working up to 50% in field service within Switzerland (driver's licence required).

Your Profile

• You solve problems independently and proactively share your acquired knowledge with the entire team
• Willingness for personal development and taking on responsibility
• You adapt easily to new situations and are open to new technologies and tools
• IT specialist EFZ, IT specialist HF, BSc in Computer Science or comparable profile
• Good knowledge in network infrastructure and communication
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and PowerShell
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
