Partner Manager (m/f/d), 80-100%, Zurich / hybrid
What you achieve:
- Conducting training sessions for our sales partners and ensuring the transfer of knowledge about our products and processes and their correct application
- Supporting and assisting advisors with their questions as a competent contact person
- Maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders – both internally and externally – as a reliable, competent contact person.
- Actively developing partnerships for a solid foundation for long-term, successful collaborations
- Analysing partner performance and deriving targeted measures for continuous development
Why you succeed:
- In addition to solid experience in sales, you know how to convince and retain customers and partners in the long term
- You bring experience in the partner area, whether in building, maintaining or developing partnerships, and already have knowledge in health care or health insurance
- You take action where needed; your hands-on mentality makes you a driving force in the team, and you work independently, solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
- You communicate fluently in German, both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
