We are looking for a service-oriented and motivated individual to strengthen our team in Zug from 1 January 2027.Receptionist 40% (Thu & Fri)
What you can achieve with us.
- Welcoming visitors, customers, employees from other locations and suppliers and notifying internal contacts
- Issuing, managing and collecting visitor passes, temporary employee passes and contractor passes
- Ordering office supplies and coffee
- Point of contact for all questions in the office
- Responsible for orderliness in the reception area
- Prompt and reliable answering and forwarding of telephone calls
- Handling courier shipments
- Booking and managing meeting rooms

You consider yourself a service provider from the very core with an open and warm manner. Flexibility and reliability, independence and a quick grasp are also part of your character traits. In addition, you bring the following:
- Mandatory professional experience at reception as well as in a larger, multicultural service environment
- Fluent English language skills
- Competent PC and MS Office skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness and flexibility for additional deployment during team holidays and sick leave
