Tasks:

• From the start, you will be involved in a project and have the opportunity to contribute and help shape it in an exciting and interesting environment
• As a consultant at e3, you are always up to date and support our clients in mastering the challenges of digitalisation optimally
• You collect, document and optimise business processes and derive requirements for IT systems and processes from them
• You are responsible for the precise and target group-appropriate documentation and management of requirements
• You independently or as part of a team conduct workshops to gather information and derive requirements and solution proposals
• You develop yourself professionally, personally and socially through training and further education tailored to your profile
• You take on the professional coaching of other e3 employees and actively help shape our company
• You work in a young, multicultural team with a flat hierarchy and a lot of personal responsibility

Profile / Skills:

• A higher education in business informatics, business administration or an equivalent qualification with an affinity for business analysis
• Solid experience in business analysis or requirements engineering
• Experience with projects in the public sector is desirable
• Enjoyment of methodical work, analytical and conceptual thinking as well as dealing with people
• You are a customer-oriented, motivated, independent and proactive personality and enjoy working at the interface between business and IT
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
