What can you expect?
- Answering calls with independent handling of various customer orders or forwarding to customer advisors
- Checking all customer and product new openings as well as changes
- Securities processing
- Processing payment orders and managing various payment systems
- Managing e-banking pending items and handling general emails
- Co-responsibility for due diligence, anti-money laundering and compliance topics (VSB, etc.)
- Scanning documents
- Responsible for processing customer orders for the pension/vested benefits foundation
- Maintaining statistics and lists
- Managing deaths and cases of child and adult protection authorities
- Co-responsibility for relationships with contact & message absence
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training or equivalent education with experience in banking
- Strong enjoyment of internal and external customer contact with high service orientation and good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and versatile personality with a winning demeanour
- Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Independent, precise, responsible and structured working style with quick comprehension
- Great flexibility, team spirit and willingness to learn new things
- Preferably experience in anti-money laundering and compliance topics or willingness to complete the internal training course in anti-money laundering
- Experienced in handling digital media
