for Intensive Residential Group
Your Tasks
- Supplementing the team of intensive residential groups with 3 adult people with cognitive and psychological impairments, as well as a crisis intervention place
- Accompaniment and care in individual settings, if necessary 2:1 care
- Collaboration and creation of quality of life planning in accordance with individual needs and resources
- Close coordination with the team for a common attitude and joint management of everyday challenges
- Participation in leisure activities
- Taking over departmental and key worker responsibilities
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy HF
- Interest and motivation in accompanying and caring for people with challenging behavior
- Solution-oriented working style
- Committed, resilient, and humorous personality
- Enjoyment of teamwork
