Technical Service Support 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client in Thun is looking for you as Technical Service Support (80-100%). You are the central point of contact for technical questions and support customers worldwide.

Your tasks:

• Technical support via e-mail and telephone

• Commissioning and maintenance on site at the customer

• Testing of new machines and software

• Product training in Thun and internationally?

• Trade fair assignments and customer visits worldwide

You combine technical understanding with customer orientation and appreciate the mix of office, workshop and travel activities.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a basic technical education - whether from the mechanical or electronic field. Ideally, you have further commercial training or bring corresponding experience.

• You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing

• You are familiar with Windows, Office applications and ideally also with CRM systems

• You genuinely enjoy direct interaction with customers

• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
