In this versatile role, you will work on various digitalisation projects at the interface between the clinic and technology. You will be closely connected with the clinical staff, gather their needs, and together with technical experts, translate these into practical digital solutions. This position is particularly suitable for someone interested in digital applications, enjoys working solution-oriented, and has a good sense of the needs of users as well as the user-friendliness of digital products. Programming skills are not required – more important are technical interest, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for familiarising yourself with new digital tools. Your tasks

• You actively participate in the clinic's digitalisation projects (Digital Assessment Platform, Blended Treatment, Emergency Chat)
• You further develop and programme digital applications using a Domain Specific Language (DSL). Programming skills are not required
• You capture, structure, and prioritise requirements and needs of clinical users and translate these into concrete digital solutions
• You work closely with staff from the clinic and technology, particularly contributing the clinical perspective
• You conduct training sessions for clinical staff and support them with questions and problems related to digital applications
• You test digital solutions and provide feedback on usability and practical suitability
• You identify optimisation potentials and independently develop and design solution proposals

Your profile

• You have a completed degree, preferably related to psychology, health, or a related field
• You are interested in digital technologies and their application in healthcare
• You enjoy familiarising yourself with new digital systems and tools
• You are tech-savvy – programming skills are not required
• You have a good sense of user-friendliness, intuitive operation, and the needs of users
• You can capture requirements and questions in a structured way and formulate them clearly
• You enjoy working with different professional groups and mediate between clinical and technical perspectives
• You work reliably, carefully, and independently
• You are interested in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy and want to contribute to the development of modern care
