ZurichYour Tasks
- You conduct comprehensive assessments and consultations of participants according to the current Practice CHECK programme concept and derive targeted recommendations for professional reintegration.
- In doing so, you use supportive, test-diagnostic procedures and assess the participants in cooperation with the accompanying educators in assessment-relevant work situations in the Practice CHECK workshop as well as situational individual assignments.
- If necessary, you support the educators in the workshop and accompany the participants in their manual activities.
- You assess labour market-relevant skills multimodally, based on documents, coaching conversations, and observations of the participants in their task implementation.
- Administrative processing, including reporting and recommendations for further measures for the referring agencies, is also part of your duties.
- You actively contribute to the conceptual further development of the offer and initiate as well as evaluate supportive group activities.
- The close and coordinating collaboration with internal and external agencies rounds off your versatile activity.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree at university of applied sciences or university level in psychology, social work, counselling, or a related field
- Good knowledge of counselling, the Swiss labour market, and social insurance law
- Extensive experience in resource-oriented support of job seekers as well as in assessment or placement; experience with clients with psychological or physical impairments is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and job-specific tools as well as language skills at least at C1 level in German
- Willingness to participate in manual work

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 115,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
