These are your tasks:

• You handle telephone and written customer enquiries regarding our products and services in all matters
• You are responsible for the first contact with our customers
• You prepare service offers that regulate the cooperation with our customers
• You follow up on service offers created within your area of responsibility and take responsibility until the contracts are concluded
• You create and structure billing concepts and coordinate with internal departments
• You also organise all necessary documents and basic documents required for further processing
• You perform general administrative tasks and support the team leader

• A completed commercial training or a basic technical education, with several years of office experience
• A quick grasp, customer-oriented thinking and sales flair
• Good manners, reliability and high loyalty
• An exact way of working
• High communication and team skills
• Very good French or Italian skills (oral/written)
