Claims & Office Services Manager Healing Costs (80-100%)

Your tasks

• Review of outpatient UVG healing cost invoices regarding medical causality as well as compliance with the applicable tariff bases (TARDOC) with subsequent approval for payment or justified rejection

• Review of outpatient VVG healing cost invoices regarding coverage and obligation to perform, followed by approval for payment or justified rejection

• Coordination and collaboration with service providers and other stakeholders, such as doctors, hospitals, social insurance institutions and trusted doctors

• Written and telephone communication with policyholders, insured persons, brokers, medical professionals and internal departments

• Other tasks as instructed by the supervisor or department head

Your profile

• Basic training in commercial or medical field

• Confident handling of common information systems (MS Word, Excel)

• Experience in reviewing outpatient healing cost invoices, knowledge in the inpatient area is an advantage. Confident handling of common information systems (MS Word, Excel) as well as ideally experience with UVG and KTG software

• Fluent German, any additional language (F/E/I) is an advantage

• Independent, precise and efficient working style combined with personal responsibility and flexibility

• High customer orientation, reliability and strong communication skills

• Team-oriented and resilient personality who keeps an overview even in a dynamic environment
