Role:
Do you want to further develop your experience in the IT operations environment while working with modern cloud and infrastructure technologies? In this versatile position, you take responsibility for the operation and support of Windows system landscapes, cloud services, and network infrastructures.
You can expect a varied environment with demanding customer settings where technical know-how, initiative, and solution-oriented work are required. At the same time, there is the opportunity to further develop and automate existing processes.
Responsibilities:
Support, administration, and support of Windows servers, applications as well as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Analysis and resolution of faults in cloud, server, and network environments
Monitoring and ensuring stable operation of IT systems
Participation in the optimisation and automation of operational processes
Carrying out maintenance work and technical adjustments, partly directly at the customer
Support with network and security topics such as VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls, and wireless
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable technical education
Professional experience in the administration of Windows server environments
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and network technologies
Initial practical experience with PowerShell or comparable scripting languages
Reliable, resilient, and independent personality with a strong solution orientation
Good German and English skills as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
