Your Tasks

• You further develop our security architecture according to modern cybersecurity and Zero Trust principles.
• You derive concrete measures from risk analyses, regulatory requirements, and proven security standards and implement them.
• You help shape the security roadmap and support the digital advancement of KSB.
• You design, implement, and operate security solutions for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• You develop secure concepts for identities, access, and authorisations.
• You harden end devices and server platforms and establish contemporary security standards.
• You further develop monitoring, logging, and detection solutions with Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel.
• You support the analysis and management of security incidents as well as vulnerability and patch management processes.
• You lead demanding ICT security projects and work closely with the infrastructure, network, workplace, and applications departments.
• You advise internal departments on information security matters.
• You provide on-call service and support security-relevant incidents outside regular working hours as well.

Your Profile

• You have completed training in computer science with further education in IT security, or hold a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in IT security, security engineering, or operating complex ICT infrastructures.
• You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure and know how to securely configure and operate these platforms.
• You have solid knowledge in identity and access management, system hardening, and security architecture.
• You have experience with security solutions such as Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel or comparable SIEM and XDR solutions.
• You assess security risks, prioritise vulnerabilities, and derive concrete measures from them.
• You work analytically, think holistically, and find pragmatic solutions even for complex technical challenges.
• You communicate clearly and convey technical security topics understandably to different departments.
• You take responsibility, work independently, and continuously develop your expertise.
• You live within commuting distance to Kantonsspital Baden so that you can be on site promptly if needed.
