IT Helpdesk Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Your responsibilities include taking over, processing and resolving software and/or hardware issues
Coordination and independent monitoring of assigned support cases are also part of the tasks
Further tasks in the area of IT infrastructure are undertaken in cooperation with the system administrators, according to your know-how
Responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of PC and server systems
Requirements:
You have completed basic training with appropriate further education in the IT field
You bring proven professional experience in PC and network support as well as very good expertise in Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applications
Experience with Microsoft server and network technologies, backup systems as well as in the areas of Citrix and telephony also form part of your profile
Your German language skills are at a business fluent level
