Apprentice ICT Specialist EFZ

During your three-year apprenticeship, our experienced trainers will accompany you on your path to becoming an ICT professional. You will learn ICT user support from the ground up – from installing and setting up user devices, instructing users, to analysing and resolving technical faults.

• You have completed compulsory schooling. Your grades in maths are good.

• You are curious and enjoy learning.

• You are sociable and enjoy approaching other people.

• Your patience and willingness to help distinguish you.

• You are enthusiastic about hardware, networks and IT solutions.

What you can look forward to

• Our office is centrally located in Basel, just 5 minutes from Basel SBB station.
• Everyone addresses each other informally. We work together on an equal footing.
• You have 6 weeks of holiday per apprenticeship year.
• We cover the costs for your compulsory school materials including a laptop. A half-fare travelcard is also gifted to you.
