- Creation and management of employment contracts, references, and other personnel documents
- Maintenance of personnel data
- Support in payroll administration and social security-related matters
- Participation in HR projects and in the further development of HR processes
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are necessary
- Experience with HR software and MS Office is desired

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the administrative handling of the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit- Creation and management of employment contracts, references, and other personnel documents

Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in Human Resources- Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
