As a diverse real estate service provider, we combine retail know-how with real estate expertise in centre and mixed-use site management. This enables us to take on both the technical and commercial overall management of complex sites as well as shopping centres for our clients.

To complement an existing team at the Regensdorf centre, we are looking for a competent and committed individual from October or by arrangement as

This is what you will do:

• As part of your duties, you will manage an exciting real estate portfolio of sites, shopping centres and mixed-use properties. You will work together with the Real Estate Site Manager, the Marketing Manager, the Administrator and the Technical Manager.
• You are responsible for drafting all rental contracts (commercial, gastronomy, office, parking, etc.)
• You support the Real Estate Site Manager in negotiations with tenants and contract partners and sometimes negotiate independently
• You prepare the annual service charge statement and identify optimisation potential
• You expertly prepare reports and budgets including their plausibility checks
• Billing and re-invoicing of services rendered also fall within your area of responsibility
• In addition, you take on the preparation, budgeting, execution and monitoring of the owners’ finances including the associated correspondence
  
  

That is why you succeed:

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in the real estate sector (property manager with a professional certificate or certified real estate trustee)
• If you have already gained practical experience in the commercial / shopping centre / real estate management sector, this is an advantage
• You have a strong affinity for numbers, possess accounting expertise and can demonstrate sound IT skills (MS Office, REM an advantage)
• Your service-oriented, flexible and resilient nature scores points
• You are characterised by communication and negotiation skills and are also a true team player
